At first glance, it seemed very blu dot (bludot.com) but a quick check of their site said otherwise.
Also, Target (especially during back-to-dorm season) usually has some great items like this.
Blu dot's 2D:3D Wall Mount Magazine Rack might be a good alternative.
ikea has something very similar called SKRISSEL for $8.99 (sorry about the ugly link):
