Editor: The townhouse renovation was was the work of Brooklyn-based design firm MADE. The project is featured in the new book, Restoring a House in the City by Ingrid Abramovitch and it mentions that Julianne Moore was very involved in the design process and that she furnished the home herself with herself.

Does anyone know the source of the kitchen lamps or can anyone provide a source for a similar product?

An amazing antique and vintage resource store/site located in Kent, CT, rtfacts.com carries items just like this or similar. Amazing objects hand restored. Pricey but rare. Moores townhouse is stunning, I agree. Good Luck.

Any word on where she is moving to now, since this place was put on the market (and likely sold) some months ago?

Wow, good eye healthyhome. The brownstone is kind of narrow. The space looks spacious in photos, but it's not in reality. The kitchen has very little natural light (it faces the back of the building and the garden).

Good find healthyhome... but

They could also be Wyeth, which custom-makes the actual ceiling fixture to your liking:
