If you are handy at all, I would recommend doing the repair yourself. Regluing chairs is easy enough. If the chairs are teak, just make sure you clean the joints using denatured alcohol or mineral spirits. This removes any natural wood oils that may inhibit the glue from adhering. And instead of glue use a 24 hour epoxy. Apply the epoxy between the cracks and clamp using alligator clamps or small bar clamps and then epoxy the chair joints and bar clamp it. Clean the joint of any excess epoxy and wait a few hours remove the clamps and wit 24 hours before using it to make sure the epoxy is completely cured.

It's easier then you would think and a lot less complicated then the way I described it.
