Dear AT,
I recently saw the film P.S. I Love You and fell in love with these curtains.
They look like they came from Anthropologie, and when I checked their site, they had similar curtains, but nothing exactly like this.
Are they discontinued or are they from somewhere else?...

I would love to know how I can get my hands on these.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks! Sue
hard to tell from that little photo but that looks like the Designer's Guild Musette fabric. We sell the bedding on our site but I don't know if that fabric is available in yardage.

Wow, I made a pair of curtains that look practically identical to these. The fabric I used is Alexander Henry Pink Zinnia with the cream background. I got the fabric at Purl Soho back in December, it was quite inexpensive.

these are made from Osborne & Little "Papilio-Sylphe" fabric. I am positive because i work for O & L !

Actually, Apartment Therapy, if you could go ahead and just tell us where they got everything featured in the apartment in this movie, I'd appreciate it.
Perhaps an interview with the set designer? Puh-LEASE?

That was a bad, bad movie; the set design was its only saving grace. I want whatsherface's apartment.

Smith Noble supplied a majority of the shades in Hillary's apartment for the movie. You can find a very similar Roller shade fabric on our site called FLOURISH. We offer it in 3 different colors. You can also find some great flower/botanical patterns in our over 1000 Fabric collection that can be made as panels/curtains/draperies/bedding/pillows. www.smithnoble.com

It really reminds me of Alexander Henry.

Thanks so much to everyone for all their helpful suggestions. Kathryn, I think you got it! Thank you! I'll definitely check out the Osborne and Little website. I also liked jbel's suggestion of the pink zinnia fabric which was very similar and very affordable I agree with Talloush that the movie was terrible, but I loved everything in the apartment. It was girlie but sophisticated and was definitely the highlight of the film.

Ooh! I don't mean to schill, but I have this fabric. A LOT of this fabric. I think it's Osborne and Little Sylphe. If you want me to list it in the classifieds, let me know by posting here. I tried once to sell it on EBay, but no one took me up--and I was selling it for much less than retail, too!

Or post your email, if you are okay with that! If not, just let me know to post it or not.

Agreed with theambershow and Talloush. So many movies may be crap, but their design is drool-worthy.
A new set-design feature would be so awesome. So. Awesome.

I rented this movie last week, not great.
But haven't returned it b/c I keep watching the scenes that include the apartment. GREAT!!
The only thing I didn't like about the apartment was the bedside lamp that she bought as per instructed from the grave.

I'd be interested in your fabric, Fiona.
