It will be built on the East River in Stuyvesant Cove Park. It's Solar 2, a building that will exhibit building techniques that have minimal impact on the environment. The building will be open to the public and will include an Eco-Apartment, laid out to resemble a standard NYC dwelling and outfitted with the most efficient appliances and fixtures and other “green” attributes.
