I love it! I'd have something like this in a heartbeat (a bit more polished though, more like the real "1 Bag End"), being a LOTR fan for over 30 years now. The deck/garden area needs a lot of work (plants etc) but given time...
I hope he could get insurance for the contents and didn't get a hassle.

That is truly stunning-- it looks just like something out of a fairy tale. I wish he'd provided more details about how it was built, and especially how the heating, lighting, plumbing, etc. are achieved.
