
We love Roman bricks and always start when we see them. They're much longer and more slender than standard bricks (about 1 5/8"H x 11 5/8”L). We rarely see them and they're almost impossible to source new these days without having them custom made. Today we saw them in a few places around the city and on some Brooklyn Heights facades near home. We noticed, for instance, that the Barnes and Noble building on 6th Avenue is built with them...
