That's cool -
Reminds me of the terrarium that my Dad and I gave my Mom for Mother's Day (or was it her Birthday?) back in the early 70's...

...I don't remember all the plants, but I know that there was an African Violet in there someplace.

Is that a bunch colored sand in the bottom of the terrarium in the picture with the lady? because that is awesome. someone teach me how to do that!

It's been a long time since I've seen one of these. One year at camp, we all made small ones out of laying down mason jars. They pretty much create their own moisture...so easy upkeep.

Forgot to add, you can use plastic wrap and rubber band if you need to close up the end of a larger jar.
