funny pix, although somewhat less *hot* than we've been seeing . . . although perhaps my eyes are clouded by experience . ..

this company (unless there are two Moishe's movers in NYC) totally screwed up a move of mine ages ago. They were 7 hours late (no kidding) and the crew arrived exhausted and grumpy and being forced to do a double shift.

sh*t happens, but the company didn't handle it well:
no answers as I called them all day, waiting for the movers to arrive, putting off my friends who were going to help etc etc
(shudder)
never.again.

well, I think the one guy sitting down was hot. But sorry to hear about your experience. I called them for a quote on my move and it was way too pricy. I went with Flatrate instead and they did a good job.

they botched my move several years ago. did a horrible job of packing, stuff got broken, and they worked real hard to avoid processing myinsurance claim.

Moved again last month with All-Star, who could not have been better. Extremely professional, courteous, efficient, pleasant to be around, and as cheap as the cheapest quote we got elsewhere.

I've been waiting for my furniture to arrive from NYC to Boca Raton on July 30th after being picked up on the 19th. Today is the 1st of August and once again I was just told that it will arrive tomorrow. I would appreciate it if someone in management would address my concern and find out what is the hold up. Look it up under carrier file #91335. Thank you.

My sons furniture was picked up 9/12/06 and Luis and his helper...I am sorry I forget his name now, were on time..in fact a little early..polite and friendly...very exceptionally careful and quick..they did a wonderful job..the furniture hassn't been delivered yet, as it was put in storage so hope the delivery goes as well, but the company or Luis and his helper should be complemented on a job well done!!!

Moishe's moving moved our one bedroom apartment and they were absolutely terrible. Broken furniture and dishes galore, a lost bookcase, damaged our living room wall when they opened the front door creating a hole with the knob, refused to bring in desks b/c they said they couldn't get it though the door (bs) and put our clearly marked boxes into Moishe boxes and put those boxes all over the house in rooms they did not belong. I have a complaint and claim logged against them and have not heard anything yet. They are trying to avoid payment but we are considering taking them to court.

On top of all this they charged us $1800 dollars in the estimate and then inflated the price to $2000 dollars and then we paid an additiional $200 at the time in tips.

My partner is disabled and unable to move things and I work all the time in NYC. I have not heard from them about this and am getting increasingly angry. Total amount comes to $1000 in damages and neglect and we will be taking Moishe's to court.

They came highly recommended and they suck.

Moishe's moving moved our one bedroom apartment on 2/1/08 and they were absolutely terrible. Charged me 425 for a small move that was timeslot for 1-3pm they showed up at 8pm. The movers after being so late had the nerve to ask me if they can stop by the store to pick up soda. I said no and did not even bother with a tip. Two guys who were really slow, go with Rabbit for the same price gives you three guys.
