Ugh... I don't know why, I guess I'm missing something, but I -hate- glass. It's just so blah. It has no warmth, and it looks gross when it gets the least bit dirty. I hate it most with really impersonal metal!
Whew! I don't know why that inspired so much vitrol, sorry.

when I see that table...all I see is the stacks of magazines that are about to obscure it completely, and for most of it's natural life...

Looks weighless, yet sturdy. Angular legs make it look solid, and yet the lines do not appear static. The glass helps you show off your floor covering, while giving a reflective surface that help augment the light in the room, and make it feel as there are more windows.
I think it's very, very good. Still, it either works in your place or it doesn't. But if it DOES, then there is no better way to spend $100.

Hot! Maybe not a future collectible, but at $100 how could you go wrong? Plus, I love the low height of the table. Large-scale low-profile coffee tables always seemed sexy and decadent to me.

Although it's not for me (I'd hurt myself on the edges or corners of the glass, there's no doubt)I think this looks fabulous in this picture and this setting. For the right minimalist, tidy person, this would be great. But, I agree that it wouldn't look great all cluttered up and especially if it wasn't sparkling clean.

If I weren't moving soon, I'd buy this in a second - it's fan-f**ing-tastic.
