I'm no expert on what constitutes "Mid-Century Modern", but aren't these pushing that envelope? What's the definition?

The fact that they were manufactured in 1972, I think, doesn't help the case (I suppose it's closer than 2005 ...).

Just add smoking jacket, open-necked shiny black shirt with gold chains, bottle of Johnnie Walker Black, and some "babes". Voila, key party!... Tack-quois.

I'd maybe raise it a bit with some clean
feet fabricated out of a nice and sustainable material. but that's just the epitome of me.

I'd say late-20th-Century Modern, but in that particular space it's in, it's entire too tight. No wonder they're selling this pair.

the form looks good clean with generous proportions. as others have said they need updated reupholstery.
