Would totally put it in my house. I would love to have an afro caribbean/southern bohemian feel. This couch with beautifully painted walls fits the bill.

I have a soft spot for blue velvet (good film, too!) because my parents had a sofa like this when I was little. It was curved and buttoned like a Chesterfield, however.
This would be fun with a lucite coffee table and some funky throw pillows, IMO.
