This bathroom rug is supposed to cheer you right up in the morning. The sunny-side-up Egg Rug by Triple B Studio might be a little too realistic: we're hesitant to greet each day with a giant egg laying on the floor.
So, what do you think? If you do happen to like it, it's available for purchase at the link above.

Of course this is awesome. Who wouldn't want to imagine stepping into a gooey, half-coagulated egg yolk in your bathroom?
Weird, not "wierd!"
I could MAYBE see it in a kids' room, otherwise, I prefer my whimsy in other forms...
Imagine a whole breakfast food themed bathroom! Towels that look like bacon, Toilet tank looks like a toaster, soap is butter on a toast washcloth. Sconces look like juice glasses and the shower curtain is either a big cereal box image or appears to have pancake syrup dripping down it.
Fun! But yeah, you'd probably lose your appetite after a while.
That would look awesome with a steak shower curtain!

LOVE IT
I think amidst the right kind of decor (think marshmallow sofas and giant pencils leaning against the wall), this would be cute in a good way. In more serious surroundings though it would be too silly.
all i can think is "dirty".
not that eggs are dirty. but the rug will get dirty.
I am allergic to eggs.
Pelicolina is BRILLIANT!!
I love the rug, but I would never use it in my home. In a themed loo though, as pelicolina recommended, I think it would be fabulously wonderful.
I agree with Jamie. I look at it and think, "Ewwww, bacteria." The fact that it looks like food in the bathroom squicks me out a bit, as well.
i think this would be amazing in a yellow/white bathroom. if you had yellow polka dots elsewhere in the scheme it would be so sly and pop-ish when someone notices - omg is that an egg? with the right treatment it's a gem.
Like Rachel Ray herself -- to be ignored!
liquid chicken is gross.
It's way too cheery.
I bought this a few years ago when I lived in Chicago. One girl that shops at places like levitz thought it might be strange but everyone that's seen it in my bathroom has loved it and asked about it. It's not just cheerful, but stepping in the yellow fluffy part is rather comfortable. Makes me smile in the mornings and hey that can't be bad.
Okay, that is a scream. It would be adorable in a breakfast nook.
Maybe I'm too literal, but I see a rug like that under a glass dining table. Not *my* dining room table. Very cute.
Oh, a breakfast nook! Kiwi! That's brilliant!
not too weird, just too lame
please, no more RR
there must be *some* refuge from that girlie
It's great but I would put it in the kitchen. That's where eggs go. Maybe with a bacon runner.
