Hot or Not? Favorite Jeans Underfoot
Denim Inspired Carpet Tiles from FLOR

Dark denim goes with everything — the new Favorite Jeans family of FLOR tiles promises to bring the ease of throwing on your favorite pair of jeans to home design. Available in Dark Blue or Soft Black, Favorite Jeans also features a random orange-yellow stitching that adds a hint of color and another satirical nod towards denim...

This is a tightly-looped carpet that is designed for heavy traffic. The "selvage" stitch is random and is not present on every tile. Favorite Jeans tiles are $8.99 each from FLOR.

I, for one, love this. I want to give a high five to the designer who had this idea and realized that the best way to express it was to go subtle. We're not looking at a pants-shaped monstrosity (like that animal skin disaster that was on AT in recent weeks, yikes). We're looking at a practical and durable flooring system in a the ultimate neutral. After all, jeans go with everything.

I'm picturing this in a Mid-Century living room...

Ooo! I like it too. It doesn't strike you as 'oh it's jeans on the floor', which is a good thing. Plus, denim is durable, and the color (cool, as in cold color) is very nice.

Could fit in a lot of decors, it's a tiny bit over the average price for carpet tiles, but I still think it's a nice idea!

I bookmarked this a few weeks ago. I think this would look great in a kids play room--far better than the horrific Disney FLOR that is on clearance now.

Looks great, and it's good that Flor is back to a more reasonable price-point with this style. But how does that nylon feel? And has this been tested cat proof?

Amen amed, once they got to $15 - $30 a tile, it stopped being reasonable.

I usually hate any denim inspired/looking furnishings because the usually look like crap but, they did a great job with these tiles.
