i really dig this. it kind of reminds me of "Where the Wild Things Are." i think i'd like it even more in a nice charcoal.

i LOVE the fabric, but don't actually like that kind of chair. i'd prefer to see it on something more modern, but that's just me. it would also be great to see it sized in children's furniture, just because closertotheocean was right, it does remind me of "Where the Wild Things Are".

It would be pretty swell if the chair had claw and ball feet.

It would look great if there was a monster's face on the chair back.

Love the fabric. Don't love it on that chair.

think of the dust collecting in the corners of that white fabric- ick! I admit I might love this concept in a small kids chair in a different color.

If you didn't know about the construction of the chair, nothing about it says "monster". It needs more interesting feet and possibly an arm treatment.

I like this fabric. It makes this chair style look really interesting without juxtaposing severe oddity. It looks soft too. I didn't associate it with monster scales and wouldn't be interested in stretching toward that idea, if only for the sake that I still like furniture to look like furniture and not novel cartoon eccentricities, except when I do want that, which is not for this chair.
