Hi - I'm looking for two kinds of services
1) a flooring guy (not the guy who several people commented doesn't return phone calls or show up for interviews) to refinish wood floors -
2) a contractor who can install a pocket door in an existing wall (creating the opening).
Both jobs in Manhattan...
