I think we're not quite as inspired by the current topics as we were by refrigerators and such.

So, I was wondering if we could have a problem solving post where one could upload photos of a problem area in the house. For example, we just got a new queen size mattress to replace our full size mattress and now find that our already awkward and small sized bedroom is so overly cramped that we are not comfortable. I have tried every bed dresser combination I think possible, but no luck. I would love to take a photo of my "ugliest bedroom" and get ruthless, no-holds barred hints. Whatchya think Maxwell?

Love that idea! (I am standing outside right now holding up a boombox (a la John Cusack), blasting "you're the inspiration" (peter cetera?). Seriously. Go look. I'm out there.)

Karen--Thanks so much for the support. I took the plunge and sent in the photos. I am now crossing my fingers that everyone will be somewhat kind, yet honest!

Where is everyone? Hopefully we've all been so inspired we're busily redesigning our bathrooms/kitchens/bedrooms/living space.

Sounds like a good idea Carla. Maxwell never answered my kitchen floor question, sigh.

I've spent the afternoon high on cold medicine. I just came out of my fog and decided to catch up.

I emailed in a question. No biggie. I think i'm going to use stick lineoleum anyways, cheapest short term solution. Renting and what not.

Plus, Michele, linoleum is in again. It's environmnetally friendly and easy to care for. And you can make a fun design with all the colors!
