I love my Dyson. I know I'm buying into a lot of marketing hype. But I love it. The 2 times I have had a problem with the big yellow beast, their customer service was able to walk me thru & fix the problem on the phone in less than 10 minutes. For good customer service, I will pay dearly.

One of the MANY things I miss about my ex is his Dyson "Animal" that I used to borrow regularly.
He was smart boy... once he bought that, I used to VOLUNTEER to vacuum his house!

I don't know about Dyson, but I am a diehard fan of Miele. Those things are real horses. They NEVER break. They live 30 years and never break, no customer service needed. Between our families we own 7 Mieles and not one has ever broken down. If in the market for a vacuum cleaner, get a Miele. There is a dealer in Astoria, Queens and they have models that start at $270 to $1500.

Die Son needs to SUCK my ass?
design intent is to clean? brushing carpet and showing me the result in a veiwable chamber is not how i choose to spend my existance,.
dyson would do 'well' to brush up on water or sewage treatment...
if your going to suck, suck my ass.
