The Tulip furniture is already so futuristic, making it silver just takes it too far, very space ship.

I think the Tulip chair looks a lot classier in the original white or black.

Seeing the progression of the different shades of the "silver" for the 50 year celebration. i think its a beautiful way of appriciating such an iconic piece of furniture.
yes it looks classier in white and/ or black, but for sliver can be equally as classy.
