Also, big heads up on guess what? A Small, Cool Apartment. Like Magic, a Pocket-Size Loft is a great little house tour of Hans Dorsinville's 550-square-foot one-bedroom.

I tried really hard to like the Pocket Sized Loft, but I didn't really like it in the end.
That zigg zagg chair and the toddler concern me. I feel like he's going to scrape his legs. Where's his mom!
I didn't "love" the Pocket Sized Loft, but it did seem a very efficient use of space, although the owner sounds a bit too obsessive. Not convinced about the see thru bathroom & toilet. I wish they would have shown a floor plan. Although the architect's website showed a variety of views they were hard to relate. I only saw the article online, was there a floorplan in the Times print version?
Nowdays, dads can make sure kids don't scrape their legs, too. ;)

Philadelphian readers of Apartment Therapy would like to roll their eyes and point out that the neighborhood in which Kevin O'Brien works is Old City. "Old Town" is Alexandria, VA.
