In the past two weeks, The New York Times has featured a couple of people who might seem familiar to extra attentive and loyal Apartment Therapy fans. If you read the Home & Garden section, you would have seen a cover page feature on 'fantasy girl' house tour host, Giulia...

Giulia was just published — a book called I Loved, I Lost, I Made Spaghetti, and is getting a lot of media attention. The journalist from the Times bounced back and forth between pumping Giulia for details on her apartment and her love life.
And then, if you're one to check out the wedding pages in Sunday's Times, you could not have missed our very own Dixie — of Apartment Therapy book fame, house tour fame, and Small Cool 2006 Contest fame. She recently got married via a gangster themed wedding and was recognized for her eccentric twist on nuptials as well as interior design.
Congratulations Giulia and Dixie!
Wow! I read both articles, but didn't make the connections to the AT posters. Congratulations! And what an amazing love story and wedding.

I did! I loved Dixie's apt and recognized her when I skimmed the NYT wedding section. That inspired to read her blog and love her even more. Go Dixie and congratulations to the newlyweds.

I too happend to read both articles in the Times. Both seem like women you would want to know.
I was moved by Dixie and her new husbands story.
A New York City love story if ever there was one, and how perfect that they're keeping their separate apartments for the time being, that is recipe for a very long happy marriage to live under different roofs M-F.
Best to both of them on their adventures.
