We spent forever in this booth. Not only did we chat for a long time with founder, Sheridan Coakley, we met and traded cards with Birgit Lohmann, founder of Designboom, and learned more about the charming & talented Donna Wilson (above - with the strong Scot's accent). Everything in this booth was memorable.
More info and pics below...
The booth was mostly filled with Donna's latest designs for SCP, including the knit poufs, many playful pillows and line of geometric blankets and pillows with were much more adult.

The wood furniture is by Alex Hellum (stool), Constantic Grcic (adjustable table) and Michael Marriott (fixed table) and very appealing. The stool, you may be surprised to discover, is also extremely comfortable.

"SCP was set up by Sheridan Coakley in 1985 to sell classic furniture designs of the Modern Movement (including pieces by Le Corbusier, Mies van der Rohe and Alvar Aalto) and to manufacture new products designed and made in the same spirit. Today, all the items commissioned and sold by the company maintain the tradition of functional, well made designs which are also a delight to see and touch."
