ICFF 2006: Durat, Emeco & Stone Source

(More p2!)

Durat
Outrageously gorgeous fixtures that mimic stone, made from recycled plastics. It's also 100% recyclable. You'd never know it wasn't stone.
Sexy sink (matching soaking tub not shown) and a barcode bench (apologies for the blurry photo) showcased this versatile material.
Finally, "green design" that's city slick, not granola-crunchy.

Emeco
The Emeco family of brushed and polished chairs still look fresh and exciting, even though some designs have seen more than one ICFF?

Stone Source
Stone Source gives Ann Sacks a run for the money, with a huge spectrum of beautiful tiles and stones ranging from metallic-slate finishes (not shown) to subtle tiles. These strip tiles alone could be the launching pad for an entire bath remodel.

How comfortable did the durat tub seem? Was it the square version? We are currently planning our bathrooms, and it is a contender as a tube! (Although, in my heart of hearts, I yearn for the Spoon tub...I actually DREAM about the Spoon tub...).

What is the availability in the US? On the website all I could find was the contact email and a home base in Finland. Any idea what the price range on sink or tub or sheets might be? Thanks so much!

How much, roughly, does the Durant cost?

Your apartment looks wonderful, by the way.
