A whirlwind look at several more ICFF exhibitors. The two-minute video starts with a couple of snaps from the IKEA installation, shows another shot of Tracy Kendall's wallpaper, and then drives by (in order): Mozzee, Matthew Kroeker, black+blum, Environment Furniture, blu dot, Salvor/Areaware, 3form, Danish designers Pernelle Fagerlund, Lisbet Friis, and Carlo Volf, Hulger, and the brilliant Alesina Design.
This would have been an excellent feast for the eyes, had the soundtrack been a tad less um... distracting to the ears. Might I suggest next year you go with a more palatable choice of accompaniment. Harmonious recordings of cats in heat, for example. Or perhaps the old fingernails on a chalkboard, always a classic.
Just goes to show you it takes all kinds. I LOVED the soundtrack. Who is it? The whole thing gives ICFF a sort of epic grandeur. Haunting epic grandeur. It's not just about shopping for furniture, or furniture commerce...no, there more to it. But you had me from the AT hearts ICFF blackboard shot.
