You know what's creepy? The Barbie Crotch.

i think this is pretty cool. and not creepy at all

and the "barbie crotch" is most likely so they can actually use these images in a normal ad campaign. Just like how Sports Illustrated did the painted ladies, they were naked, but they weren't showing you crotch shots...

I have seen this done many times over theyears and I always come back to: the Poor Model! For this to work the model has to stay in position throughout the painting and photography process. If they shift their weight a bit, it can throw things off so something has to be adjusted. It must get literally painful after a while.

Great marketing, but what does it have to do with great apartments?

"You know what's creepy? The Barbie Crotch." LMAO. Geez, that one had me laughing for a while.

I absolutely love the top wallpaper, I actually didn't see the model at first. I am pretty neutral on the whole blend me into the wall thing. I guess I could see this as a interesting concept for wallpaper marketing.

You could look at that cat all day because he is chained up. I think all of these are horrible.

They have it totally backwards: they should cover the wallpaper with beautiful naked women instead of the other way 'round.

Disgusting on any number of levels. Why does everything, including wall coverings, have to be unnecessarily and immaturely, eroticized?

I thought it was cool and certainly not creepy. As to the "poor model"- well, she's a model. I'm sure she was aware of the concept before she agreed to take part in it. She'd be having hair and makeup done and posing around all day anyways. I also find the top two papers lovely.

junklover,

I'm with you! Ditto to luckypeach. I add, so what! Who cares, it's not original, this concept has been beaten to death. The cat looks miserable and it's cruel to do that to an animal. I'm disappointed in AT in not having the wherewithal to not promote it.

I'd buy it if they had naked men in the ad instead.
