If I had the space, I'd make something like this for my kitty.

Um, it's Pet Month. Where have you been?

I think this is so clever. Cat condos are seriously fugly, but I wouldn't mind having this one in my living room (had I a cat, or the space, which I have neither).

Although, did he screw it into the nice wood floor?

I think this shelving unit is designed to be spring-locked between the floor & ceiling.

I think my big ol' lazy boy would use this as a place to sleep.

looks like it takes up a lot of space.

Counter-intuitive for AT? isn't it?

I can't wait for pet month to end. A week would have been sufficient.

I don't find the set up very attractive since it is in front of a bay window. I'm sure the cats love it though....sleeping and basking in the warm sunlight.

How are so many people missing the fact that it's pet month?

way to much looking for a livingroom---perhaps the den or family room or even a large kitchen so the cats can sit and watch the family at dinner time.

We've all noticed its Pet Month. We're just sick of it.

Well, not every theme is going to work for every person...I, for example, don't have a place to garden, but I certainly didn't feel I had the right to complain about that theme just because it didn't apply/appeal to me! It is pretty easy to skip the pet related posts as they are obvious and there are many other design blogs out there to keep the people without pets satisfied for one month.

i'm sick of all the oblivious and/or hating comments about pets month. GET OVER IT! a lot of other people ARE enjoying it. we outnumber you. it's only a month (30 measely days) and there are other posts still going up that have nothing to do with pets. if you can't find something to enjoy about it, and it bothers you SO much, then don't look again until october.

Keep the "WE" sfdoddsy. Just because animals don't like you doesn't mean other people don't like animals. One month won't kill you and "WE" are all not YOU.
