This is the most perfect thing ever. If someone entered that bottom picture in Smallest Coolest, I would say "Insta-Finalist!" I am ready to chuck it all and move in!

i saw this on inhabitat.com a few months ago...it is awesome...i immediately sent it to my boyfriend and was like LETS GET ONE!!! ha.
The T@b is also a study in small living. And they're available in the United States. They're originally from Europe. Hubby and I just purchased one as an upgrade from tent camping and I gotta say, the two of us and the two dogs are loving it.

Renee,
We bought the clamshell version of the T@b so our kitchen is outside. We actually were thinking about the whole camping in bear country and having the trailer smell like food.
I'm 5'9" and I can stand up in it with no problem. Hubby is 6'3" and he has to crouch a little bit, but it's not like we're dancing the salsa inside it. We're sleeping in it, sitting in it and playing cards at the table and watching movies in it while we're out in the great outdoors. And I gotta say, it sure beats crawling in and out of our marmot tent!! (the air conditioner and heater is a nice bonus as well!)
Take a T@B travel trailer out this weekend in the San Francisco Bay Area. Hardtent RV Rental rents T@Bs fully equipped. Check out http://www.hardtent.com or call us at 1-800-505-6955. Thanks!

Last weekend i visited the caravan salon in düsseldorf / germany. EIFELLAND introduced a new very stylish caravan called DESEO LIFESTYLE.
The design is so beautiful and the price (about 14500 euro) is really interesting.

These little trailers are great - we saw dozens of them in the Netherlands earlier this summer...
...and amazingly enough, they weren't towed by giant gas guzzling SUV's, but little VW Golfs and Volvos.

Kathie--
I LOVE t@bs--and you don't need a giant tow vehicle! My husband and I have been pining for one for ages....
My only semi-concern is the ceiling height (5ft9, I think), since we're both taller than that. Has that been an issue for you guys?

the t@b changed the floor plan to make it less hospitable.

sleeping guests and cooking/feeding/entertaining guests is a very different caravan.

oops, sorry, i meant, 'cooking for guests/feeding/entertaining guests'.
please dont think i cook guests.
sleeping with them is optional and should have an exceptional floor plan.
view ion/?/'s profile
sleeping with an exceptional view also helps.
