When we think about escapes, we think of Olle. Olle Lundberg, the remarkable architect, salvage junkie and erstwhile Ikea designer, not only lives on a ferry boat in San Francisco harbor, he has a cabin up north (Cazadero, Calif.) that we'd die for. I remember seeing this and his tug boat in Elle Decor or one of those mags a year or so ago. It took my breath away then - it still takes my breath away.

I find it funny that when the vibe is rustic, the envy factor is waaaaaaaay lower than if this amount of money (I'm guessing considerable) had been sunk into a slick city space.
