Roundup: Neon Green Interiors

We're suckers for a bold splash of neon. We've rounded up some examples of neon green used in interiors — from sleek and modern to traditional with an edge...

1 Welsh interior designer Laurence Llewelyn‐Bowen's neon-wallpapered dining room photographed by Rachael Smith. found via Desire to Inspire

2 Studio Nine, a South Australian architectural practice used neon green in this home's kitchen. found via Desire to Inspire

3 Manhattan Loft on Lispenard Street by architects Fernlund + Logan.

4 There's lots of neon green in the Denmark Lego Offices designed by architects Bosch & Fjord.

5 While the room is rather neutral, the neon green furnishings in this photograph from Living Etc. really pop.

Great color- I love it!
I've painted in Lime one of the walls in my living room and it looks great with the dark wood furniture that I have.
The kitchen that you've posted is stunning!

I do love that color although, too much of it can be a little intense. Pics #2 & 4 work the best.

ok, the lime in Studio Nine's kitchen brought me in, but the beverage fridge is making me stay!

I have the same chairs as the first picture, except mine haven't been painted - they're still the old almond wood, caning, and bad seventies velour-like fabric seat. Do you think that the white-painted version looks good? I've been contemplating doing it but I'm worried that it will look a bit cheesy. Anyone have an opinion?

My brother's bedroom was lime green (back when he still lived with my parents, when he was about sixteen - it's since been painted and turned into the office), and I have to say, it was pretty badass.

This is the best shot that remains of it, and it's kinda messy (he was a sixteen year old boy, big surprise), but I'll share:

I don't know if I'd ever use lime in a bedroom (too insane), but living room or kitchen? Waaaay cool.

I love 2nd and 4th picture... 5th is great too.

That fridge (or is that just a cupboard?) has a glass door?! It's gorgeous! Lime is so great to go with neutral colours. I've always wanted a lime/apple green white/black kitchen!

Speaking from experience, personally at least, I prefer an accent color in bold colors. I have my entire living room painted a mossy/limey green right now and was in love with it for the first 6 months, now I dream of grey-brown just to tone it down. It makes it so difficult to decorate with other colors. :-/

Oh man this is awesome, I'm planning to paint my kitchen (blackplash) applegreen and (walls) teal in shades similar to the last picture. The room doesn't get much light so I figured I'll go with loud! crazy! colors!

I have orange cookware as well... bwahaha

my niece and nephew (7 and 10) had to choose a color they both would agree on for their bathroom, so they settled on "shrek" green, and they love it, and it's pretty fun.
