Yes, every Bamboo Lamp has a unique pull cord made from a found object. The Moooi lamp shades (cotton tape wrapped around a metal frame) are available in white, grey or mandarin red. The lacquered bamboo base is available in white, black or chrome.

I like the lamp - but that $1000 "found" pull cord pretty much ruins it for me. The cord object just looks like a lazy student designer's effort to give an otherwise beautiful lamp some "edge".
Unfortunately for Moooi (and any unsuspecting purchasers), anyone with $2 for a doggie chew toy can copy that part of the idea.

Obscenely expensive but appreciate the effort anyways AT *kiss* I love little lampshade toppers of cats, birds, etc. A carrot on a chain is a wonderful replacement knack for my lamps :)
