The Artemide Wall Spot is one of our favorite solutions. Designed by M. De Lucchi & G. Fassina in 2002, it is made of high polished die-cast aluminum and stamped, anodized matte aluminum. I LOVE that whole line of Tolomeo lamps, especially the wall model you show/describe. They are incredibly well-made... we had them in our offices, and the mix of matte/shiny is really gorgeous.
