Wall-mounted animal heads are all the rage right now. It's that whole woodsy-cute-little-bird aesthetic. While I'm drawn to more modern interpretations of moose and deer designs (like the ones from design collective Big Game)Moose Head Wall Sconce from Southhampton's Donovan Design does have a campy/kitschy charm... —aaron

Did you call to get the price?
These look so dated to me.
Kitschy, yes, but cool! Nicely done.
And apparently no animals were injured to make this lamp.
I don't get it.
To each his own, but this is big game having a bad day...
Is this an early April fools joke? :)
This is sure to be one of those decorating fads that MANY people will regret when they look at photos 10 years from now, maybe sooner.
Besides, if your into the "head on the wall" look, why not just get read ones? At least they're furry.
Hi, Everyone,
I was hoping my "Moose Head" would be better received, but it was actually my first foray into "kitsch".
I have alot of different lighting & furniture designs on my site - if you'd like to see them.
Very Best to All for the Holiday Season.

Not everyone is in agreement about this, so don't be too discouraged....
I think in the right place, a great look. Could totally see it in an intentionally over-the-top powder room or study.
I agree with P2--in the exact right space, this could be wonderful. And Donovan, LOVE some of your other wall lamps on your site as well.
I love this stuff and comments such as the ones seen here make me wonder if people I have over "get it." This piece is fabulous.
