Kent Wall Sconce from Rejuvenation

03.27.kent.jpg

This little fixture is the Kent wall sconce from Rejuvenation. We put it in our bathroom when we renovated our apartment and couldn't be happier.

The design fits the traditional architectural elements of our old victorian building but is also simple enough to appeal to our modern taste. The opal white glass shade provides just the right diffuse glow, though you can choose from many other shades if you please. Priced at $95 (for the base and shade), the Kent is a quality, affordable fixture.

Rejuvination is such a great company. There stuff is a little more on the spendy side, but so well made. I'm lucky to live in Portland and have access to their retail store that has a ton of stuff (including antique salvage lighting and houseparts) not included in their catalog.

Also, check out Schoolhouse Electric http://www.schoolhouseelectric.com/, also based in Portland. Similar idea to Rejuvination, but have their own unique stuff too.
