NY Good Questions: Where Can I Find This Lamp?

5.22lamp.jpgDear AT,

I have been desperately looking for this lamp.

I already have one and I need a matching one to go in my bedroom.

If anyone knows where I can find this lamp, please let me know.

I have been looking forever!

It has a cubed finial, almost like ice cubes.

Thanks! Panya

This is round but similar in style:

This is cubed but you'd need to switch the shade:

There are lots of lamps out right now with that style.

I don't know of an exact replica of it, but places such as Restoration and Target have similar ones.

Imblebee, does it look just like the one in the pic, but just with a round base?

Pier 1. Discontinued. Used to be 128.99. You might find it at the outlet.

I have seen very similar at Restoration Hardware, Macy's Furniture Gallery and Target. They vary in prices and even material. I believe the Target is more of a lucite while the other two are glass. They are for sale online at a host of different sites. Be prepared to pay anywhere from $79.99 to $799.00

I'm curious where the OP found the original lamp - that might be a clue as to where to find its mate.

Otherwise, I'd look on eBay every once in a while - sometimes it takes a while to find exactly what you're looking for.

Or the OP could use this elsewhere in her home and find another matching pair...

it might be hard to find the exact lamp--why don't you get one that is the same style but maybe has a different shape? that way it will look as though you intentionally have two slightly different lamps rather than looking as though you are trying to pass them off as identical.

Are you familiar with the discount/close-out store 'Tuesday Morning'?
I was in one of their smaller stores (in San Diego) 2 days ago, and saw at least 3 variations on the lamp you're looking for. I would even go as far as to say that they were even more classic/glam and fab than the picture you included.
Good luck.
