Tong Lights by Sedtawat Hansarawattana

Scraps turned into fab lighting. These Tong Lights spurred Treehugger into DIY inspiration. The lights, designed by Thai architect Sedtawat Hansarawattana, are handmade of small, scrappy materials that have DIY written all over them.

We love that they inspired Treehugger to encourage doing it yourself:

..Grab a pile of discarded wood scraps or plastic pieces and a compact fluorescent bulb, and you're halfway there.

If you don't have the hands or vision to do it yourself, these can also be made-to-order via Mao and More.
