Trask Lighting from MIO Culture
Desktop and Suspension LED Lamps

Philadelphia-based MIO Culture has introduced some new LED lighting options that complement and expand upon their popular Bendant pendant. Like the Bendant, Trask is made from laser-cut, powder-coated steel that is flat-packed and assembled/bent into shape by the customer...

MIO prides itself on it's sustainable and environmentally friendly designs. We've previously featured their Naked Line Modular Cabinet and the super-cool Nomad System.

Expensive little bugs, aren't they? And more art than illumination, methinks.

Wow. I guess I'll be the first one to say that I find this very unattractive. Ugly, even. It looks like it was done by a first semester ID student. (No offense intended to ID students.)

And, more importantly, it does not look FUNCTIONAL as far as lighting goes.
