apartment therapy changing the world, one room at a time

Inspiration: Vincent Darre's Masion Darré

We came across an extensive spread of Vincent Darré 's Paris apartment in the new issue of World of Interiors and were bowled over. Filled with simple, bright primary colors reminiscent of Conran's 90s, it's spaces overflow with classic pieces, like Knoll Platner chairs, mixed with antique market finds like the chaise upholstered in emerald green velvet...

The real showpieces, however, are Vincent's designs from his own line, Maison Darré . In honor of Fall Colors (and Halloween?), we wanted to share a few images of Maison Darré 's bone-inspired collection.

Ugh. I think more than ten minutes in such a busy space would cause eye strain.

bone furniture: creepy. unless you're cruela de ville or hosting a 24/7 Halloween special, i do not see how a stool with paws and a backbone complements your home... maybe it goes with the roadkill rug...

I love it! I dream of a place like this. I love busy rooms. I need a bit more than a beige sofa and an accent wall of color to make me feel at home.
