Look!: Normal Room

Have some time to kill? Check out Normal Room, an addictive website where people around the world share photos of their homes. You can browse by country or by room or upload photos of your own home. The bathroom shown above is from an apartment in Finland...

Take a look but be careful - we had to pull ourselves away to keep from getting entangled all morning. We're not sure how long the site has been around but as their database grows we're sure it will only become more interesting and time-consuming. (thanks, Cameorn!) -regina

OMG! Clutter, overstuffed couches, barren walls, lonely tables....life in all its glorious banality. This is like hot or not....only with furniture. We love it!

And there's that sink again! (The one in the Finnish bathroom.) Or at least, it sure looks like the sink that someone asked to identify in "Good Questions" about a month or so back. Anyone have any idea who makes this one? (I suppose it's slightly more likely to be a Scandinavian manufacturer, but who knows...)
