Look! Smallest Sink

205_4_15_small sink.jpg
Mini Dept. We got on a kick when we saw this small sink in the bathroom at Ino a few nights ago. We missed the brand (it was the wine - great Primitivo by the glass), but it has got to the be the smallest sink you can possibly find which also works perfecly well and looks good.

We also found these interesting space savers, some of which are British:

It looks like the "Elfe" basin by Porcher. It's a little less than 10"x20". Certainly seems the smallest sink that fits against a flat wall. There might be smaller corner sinks.

I have one of those tiny tenement sinks! It's funny to see highend models that are equally small...

I love the compactappliance.com website!! The little freestanding, portable dishwashers are adorable, if impractical right now. I'm impressed that the two I looked at are lined in stainless steel for less than $300. Back when I had a full-size KitchenAid dishwasher, I believe one of the things I liked about it was that the stainless steel liner retained heat better and thus dried the dishes faster.

My friends used to have a sink in their bathroom in Park Slope that sat on top of their toilet tank and drained directly down into it. So it not only saved space, but used recycled water to flush the toilet!

I want a red sink.... Maxwell, you should post a design on differant colored sinks...im getting bored of white and fricken cream ivory (although cream ivory sounds pretty peachy in any bathroom!). but then again maybe you already did...

Have decided to go with Toto Aquia toilet (15 3/4" width) but cannot find the sink.
