Above View's Exotic Animal Skins Plaster Tiles

02.07.above_view2.jpg

The textures in these plaster tiles by Above View are incredible. They're modeled after exotic animal skins like elephant, crocodile, ostrich, and stingray. See more photos after the jump...

Above View makes traditional plaster ceiling tiles that look like tin ceilings. But this exotic skins line is what really caught our eye. The tiles can be painted, but we like 'em in white.

an entire room, walls and ceiling in this would be a cool installation

Maybe in a different shade/color than gray. I think the ostrich would look cool below a chair rail in a deep rich color.

yes, how much? I don't like falling in love with something that is completely cost prohibited.

I was going to agree with the creepy - but they have the snake skin option in an emerald green that might just be amazing!

it is sort of creepy, but might work on the walls of a small space like a hall or an entry, or as an accent wall somewhere other than a kitchen or bath.
