My grandfather had a mirror similar to the fourth one. It was always something I found to be intriguing as a child; the way the images distorted as I walked past it and the way the way the eagle clutched the arrows in it's talons.

To this day I still find it to be such a beautiful piece. It's nice to see it posted on AT.

I see mirrors like that fourth one all the time in antique stores. Is it me or does it look a little dark and Nazi-ish. Those eagles give me the creeps. I would love to know where they are from.

Considering the Bald Eagle is the National Bird and Symbol of the United States, I hope you stay far, far away from most of North America, Mexico and certain zoos (Where Bald Eagles live) North Dakota, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Missouri, Utah, the US Virgin Islands and Samoa (States & Territories that have Eagles on their flags) all of Washington DC, the entire US Military (whose insignias often include Eagles), American Airlines and Harley Davidson (whose logos include Eagles) don't use Quarters and One Dollar bills, and don't watch Philadelphia Football or any news featuring US Presidential events where you might catch a glimpse of the Seal of the President of the United States...
