Collins Brothers is an old company that has grown very large in the recent past: "Founded in 1910 in Larchmont, NY by Mr. William Collins, he started with a horse and wagon moving furniture and other freight in Westchester County and New York City."

Now Collins is owned by Mr. Webers and has offices from Texas to NYC with over 300 employees. They do local, international and interstate moves as well as storage.

If anyone has used them please tell us more...

So I haven't used Cambria, but I wanted to give a shout out to Don Farr Moving and Storage. I recently moved from Atlanta to DC and I was trying to find a mover. All of the quotes I recieved were way beyond what my company was going to reimburse me. My family is from Pittsburgh and we had used Don Farr before and they were great, so I figured they might know someone good in the Atlanta area.

It turns out that they are up and down the east coast all the time, so they were able to drop by my apartment in Atlanta and pick up my stuff. They kept it in storage for 2 months while I looked for a place to live in DC. My stuff arrived earlier (?!) than expected and was in great shape. The guys even spent 2 hours taking apart my couch to get it through my narrow front door and they put it back together again.

They were so well priced that I was able to use more of my moving allowance to have Don Farr bring some furniture down from my parent's house in Connecticut.

Anyway, I highly reccommend these guys. They are trustworthy, friendly, responsible and affordable. They also are the official movers for all the Pittburgh sports teams... and their Pittsburgher accents remind me of my family! Love them.

We did use Collins Brothers recently. We had them move us out of our house, move us into a rental, store most of our stuff and then move us back out of the rental into our rebuilt house.

They were thoroughly professional right from the initial contact with Craig through to John and his guys doing the physical moving, in and out, twice! All with no fuss and as little pain as is possible in a move.

We would thoroughly recommend them to anyone else and would use them again...not that we are moving anytime soon.
