The Apartment Therapy Yard Sale is a bustling marketplace as streams of people continue to come by and take stuff off of our hands, surprising even ourselves. A new tube of DAP caulk walked away an hour ago, CD's are selling as fast as we put them out, and the two Ibanez Roadstar electric roadstar guitars went for $80 each to people who have decided to become rockstars...

But the best part is meeting the people. Friends have come by, parents have come by and readers have come by. Even the cranky woman next door came by and yelled at us. It's community and it's real. And it feels great. MGR
