As we pull up to the final day of exposing the finalists in our competition and await the voting, the praise and the backlash to begin (because competitions always unleash some vitriol). We find ourselves strangely absent. Our teammates are manning the noonday post and watching to see that the servers don't crash again, while we are in Maryland, shooting a scene for HGTV's new, upcoming show Small Spaces, Big Style. As a result we posting ahead of time today.
But what could be more fitting for our contest week?
We already have that covered.
For the record, we have no idea what we will be doing or saying on Wednesday for the television cameras and are just simply enjoying the free train ride and Holiday Inn room at this present moment. It is amazing how much space there is outside of NYC. We can't wait to log on again Wednesday evening and see what is going on. MGR

Fun! Are you guys going to be a regular presence on this show? Who from the team will be there?
I saw a recent episode of this show and small for them was up to 1000 sq. ft. I know a lot of us New Yorkers would love to have an apartment that small! ;)
That's great! I saw the first show last year, set the DVR to record all future eposides and then it never came back. I guess that was the pilot but then a week ago they did a new show with at least one apartment (the NYC one with the cool folding partition with built in bench sofa that folded up to reveal a full office) from the pilot in the new one. I guess it's back for good now. Can't wait to see Max on it after having caught him in the nursery episode of Mission Organization last night (the one they are talking about in the open thread).
Here's the apt
