Dear Readers,
Today we are taking the covers off of our fifth home design blog: sanfrancisco.apartmenttherapy.com and invite you to take a look (note: it is still early there!).
(Note: our San Fran URL is sanfrancisco.apartmenttherapy.com without the www.)
AT: SF is edited by Lisa Brand (formerly of Yoga Journal) and assisted by Leslie Webster who has been an avid reader since we launched in NY two years ago.
AT:San Francisco will dig deep into the Bay Area design culture and work to become a community hub by serving up a daily mix of store reviews, products and inspiration. As with all of our sites, AT: San Francisco’s mission is to help people make their homes beautiful, organized and healthy.
For those of you who are nervous about upcoming editions of AT: Nome Alaska and AT: Key West (;-)), we are going to be taking a rest for a little while, tighten up our quality and work on our comments system and store (finally!). As with everything we do here, this is a total experiment and reader directed. If it's not useful and beautiful, we won't do it. Thank you for all your support!
San Francisco, open your golden gate
You'll let nobody wait outside your door
San Francisco, here is your wanderin' one
Saying I'll wander no more.
Other places only make me love you best
Tell me you're the one in all the golden west
San Francisco, I'm coming home again
Never to roam again...
it's really soft - zip at 11:07!
It's an empire!
I love it! SF- I really miss that place. It's my home. The SF blog is my favorite.
I'm so jealous--how can we make a DC version of AT happen?
Try running a search on the dc craigslist for "modern" furniture--and prepare to be vastly disappointed.
Sigh.
Since AT now has the east and west coast sites pretty much covered (sigh) hoping that a site for a city in the south is next.
I wouldn't mind seeing something for Atlanta, GA. That's like 4 states west of where I live but it's better than nothing.
Just thought to throw that in ;o)..I'll hush now.
It's not that bad in DC:
