apartment therapy changing the world, one room at a time

August is Escapes Month!

8-27-sky.jpgThis week, take a deep breath. We'll be easing into the end of summer and getting our strength back for a HUGE fall (I will be taking a few days off as well).

Next month we'll be looking for the rockingest dorm room in the NYC area, and October will be the kick off of our third annual Fall Colors Contest. Stay tuned and let us know where you live. (pic: Sunset View from Astoria by AT reader, Louise Iskander)

Paris. No escaping from this rainy ol' summer though. Too busy buying my first ever flat and getting on first-name terms with the mushrooms in the bathroom.

Oh man- am I the only Staten Islander? I traded in my 780 sq ft lovely BK condo for a sprawling three floor house with city views, a backyard, and 1500sq ft of space for the dogs to run around in.
