During the month of August we're highlighting those homes away from home that give you ideas, relax you and make you come home in September and want to change everything. We'd like to see where you travel to.
Join us by sending in your own pictures or links to your favorite summer escapes. In return, if we post you, we'll send you the AT t-shirt of your choice (take a look here). Whether it's a summer place, a roof deck, a lake house, a hotel, a tent or a B&B in a foreign country, we're looking to share the touches, tips and inspiration that are brought home. Email us at maxwell @ apartmenttherapy . com and share the wealth... (pic: Thomas Kinkade)

i agree with Mid C Frank- all of the above! it really depends on where i am and what i need to escape from. 1- the office- a nice cup of coffee and a good book 2- home- museum, maybe even the mall... 3- the rush of the city- hiking, some where with a lot of green foliage. (a great place for some rnr is Olympia, WA) going where ever that painting is would be lovely for a few weeks. but sometimes, just playing with my nieces or snuggling with my SO is lovely.
