They are certainly contributing to the problem, but Babs is the high priestess of over inflated prices.

Barb is the queen bee of aggressive pricing. Her motto is "test the high of the mkt." In her defense, I will tell you that she isn't the market, only the market maker. If people weren't willing to catch her fly balls, she wouldn't be swinging for the fences.

Aguayo & Huebener seem to be doing a pretty good job as well; you know, driving up the prices in Brooklyn.

You crazy kids, B. Corcoran does not cause RE prices to rise - ever heard of supply and demand? Take an Econ 101 course - please, I beg u! Because there are lots of folks who want to live in NYC and a limited number of apartments, the buyers drive prices up as they try to get a piece of the pie. Developers pay a lot for the lots and then load the apartments with all the bells and whistles because that is what the buyers want. So please leave poor Barbara out of this. Like the leopard print jacket, by the way.
