Walking the walk and talking the talk. Yesterday, we blogged an interview with Craig of Craigslist on our site, which highlighted how often Craig is online and following up with people who abuse his list. It's true.
Within an hour, Craig had posted a comment on our post and followed up with a lively email exchange in which he thanked us for reporting ne'er-do-wells from the furniture list. Check it out. That's service. MGR
