Hey...wow I never knew there was a DWR as-is section, much less an entire warehouse dedicated to it so totally near me! Looks like my Saturday and Sunday morning dance card just got filled.

ok... follow up from this weekend. there were some deals to be had for sure, and if you were in the need for some great designer stuff that may or may not have had heinous damage of some sort or another (some was BEAT for sure) however, plenty of in box items that the prices from retail were a steal. others, it was obvious they were still so very proud of, that the prices were not that great of a bargain. still, I went both Saturday and Sunday, and was told that Friday was actually the mad rush day where many unique items went very fast. i was able to scoop up some great things, and i was sorely tempted to buy some stuff that i really didn't need, but that i wanted (oh yes i did WANT, deep in the underpinnings of my psyche.) the tough thing for me was that they were marking things down throughout the day when large groups of items weren't moving till they eventually got to the "sweet spot" that made them move like hotcakes (oh the sweet anguish of anticipation of a price drop!!!) anywho... good info to know the annex is there. also, FYI i was also told that they run this kind of sale quarterly, so it might be smart to get on their mailing list so you know about the sales well in advance. cheers -Tim
